👚 Style Features:
This women's blouse pattern features a semi-fitted cut with no fastening. The rounded neckline and armholes are edged with binding. Includes a removable cincture. The top can also be cut on the bias for extra drape.
The top in the photo is made from viscose silk with a density of 150 g/m.
Model's measurements: Height - 176cm (5'9"), Bust - 84cm (33.1"), Waist - 62cm (24.4"), Hips - 88cm (34.6"). Top size - 8 UK.
🧶 Recommended Fabrics:
Any dress or blouse fabric, satin, silk or other suitable fabric for bias cutting.
🪡 You'll Need:
• Main Fabric 150cm (59") width: 0.8m – 1.1m (0.9yd – 1.2yd)
• Tips for the cincture: 2 pcs
• Matching thread: 1 pcs
• To assemble the top, you will need a straight-stitch sewing machine with zigzag stitches for overcasting the edges, one-sided folding binder, and an iron with a steam function.
EQUIPMENT:
In order to sew your own garment, you will need:
1. A sewing machine equipped with a zigzag stitch function (for finishing seam allowances and hemming the bottom of garments made from knitted fabrics) and a buttonhole function (for garments with buttons).
2. A 4-thread overlock machine for stitching garments made from knitted fabrics.
3. A zipper foot for sewing in hidden zippers (for garments with concealed zippers).
4. A sewing machine binding curve edge folder, which is a foot used for finishing fabric edges with piping.
5. A steam iron.
