👗 Style Features:
Straight fit skirt without zipper. The waist is one-piece and elastic. No darts, no lining, and no pockets.
The skirt in the photo is made of knitted wool fabric.
Model's measurements: Height - 170cm (5’7’’), Bust - 98cm (38.6’’), Waist - 75cm (29.6’’), Hips - 100cm (39.4’’).
Skirt size in the photo - 12 UK.
✂️ Recommended Fabrics:
Any woven fabric with elastane or knitted fabric.
🧵 You'll Need:
• Main Fabric 150cm (59'') width: 0.8m - 0.9m (0.9yd - 1yd)
• Elastic 4cm (1.6") width: 1m - 1.1m (1.1yd - 1.2yd)
• Matching thread: 1 pcs (4 pcs for 4-thread overlock)
• To assemble the skirt, you will need a straight-stitch sewing machine with a zigzag stitch function and a 4-thread overlock (for knitted fabrics)
EQUIPMENT:
In order to sew your own garment, you will need:
1. A sewing machine equipped with a zigzag stitch function (for finishing seam allowances and hemming the bottom of garments made from knitted fabrics) and a buttonhole function (for garments with buttons).
2. A 4-thread overlock machine for stitching garments made from knitted fabrics.
3. A zipper foot for sewing in hidden zippers (for garments with concealed zippers).
4. A sewing machine binding curve edge folder, which is a foot used for finishing fabric edges with piping.
5. A steam iron.
