👚 Style Features:
Basic sleeveless tank top. Neckline is rounded. Dart shaping at the side seams. The back yoke and armholes are bound with bias tape straps. The cut is a semi-fitted, slightly bias-cut design. No closure or fastening
The top in the photo is made from synthetic silk with a density of 150 g/m
Model's measurements: Height - 179cm (5'10.5"), Bust - 82cm (32.3"), Waist - 59cm (23.2"), Hips - 86cm (36.9"). Top size - 8 UK
🧶 Recommended Fabrics:
Any dress or blouse-weight satin, silk, synthetic silk, or other suitable fabric. The top can also be cut on the true bias for added drape
🪡 You'll Need:
• Main Fabric 150cm (59") width: 0.8m – 0.9m (0.9yd – 1yd)
• Matching thread: 1 pcs
• To assemble the top, you will need a straight-stitch sewing machine with a zigzag stitch function for overcasting the edges, a one-sided folding binder, and an iron with a steam function
EQUIPMENT:
In order to sew your own garment, you will need:
1. A sewing machine equipped with a zigzag stitch function (for finishing seam allowances and hemming the bottom of garments made from knitted fabrics) and a buttonhole function (for garments with buttons).
2. A 4-thread overlock machine for stitching garments made from knitted fabrics.
3. A zipper foot for sewing in hidden zippers (for garments with concealed zippers).
4. A sewing machine binding curve edge folder, which is a foot used for finishing fabric edges with piping.
5. A steam iron.
