SEWING PATTERNS
A pattern for a unisex children's turtleneck with a straight cut and set-in sleeves. It features a high stand-up collar, sewing digital PDF pattern. Skill Level 2/5.
Sewing digital PDF pattern comes in sizes 98-164. Please check the size charts and finished garment measurements.
Model in the foto: Height - 141cm (4'7.5”), Bust - 65cm (25.6”), Waist - 59cm (23.2”), Hips - 70cm (27.6”). The turtleneck size in the foto - 140.
When you buy a pattern you only get one size.
Suggested fabrics: Polyester, viscose or cotton knits are suitable. Any wool or wool-blend knits are also suitable. Ribbed knitы are also suitable. The turtleneck in the photo is made of polyester knit.
Fabric requirements: Main Knit Fabric 150cm (59”) width: 0.5 - 1.1m (0.5yd - 1.2yd). Knit Fabric 180cm (70.9”) width: 0.5 - 0.9m (0.5yd - 1yd).
Notions: Matching thread - 1 pcs (4 pcs for 4-thread overlock).
EQUIPMENT:
In order to sew your own garment, you will need:
1. A sewing machine equipped with a zigzag stitch function (for finishing seam allowances and hemming the bottom of garments made from knitted fabrics) and a buttonhole function (for garments with buttons).
2. A 4-thread overlock machine for stitching garments made from knitted fabrics.
3. A zipper foot for sewing in hidden zippers (for garments with concealed zippers).
4. A sewing machine binding curve edge folder, which is a foot used for finishing fabric edges with piping.
5. A steam iron.
